Camp Yale, required of all new first-year students, begins on August 21 and continues through August 30. Classes begin August 31.

Move-in times are by reservation; you will receive instructions later this summer for making yours, so please wait until you receive those instructions before you book travel arrangements so that you can give yourself enough time to arrive in time for your reservation.

You will also receive instructions for indicating your preference for one of six special Camp Yale Programs that are part of orientation: BUILD, Cultural Connections (CC), FOCUS, First-Year Outdoor Orientation Trips (FOOT), Harvest, and Orientation for International Students (OIS).

Events for families are planned for August 21 and 22 and culminate in a lunch in the residential colleges. More details will be forthcoming.
