The Non-Degree Students Program allows non-matriculated and non-resident students to take Yale College courses for credit. This program may enable individuals to complete a bachelor’s degree at another university or to qualify for admission to graduate or professional schools. Successful applicants present thoughtful rationales as to why their curricular aims would be best fulfilled at Yale in particular.

This program enrolls three to eight students each term.  Non-Degree Students are permitted to take a specific number of classes for either one or two terms.
