Dear students,
Before you start your much-anticipated spring break, please communicate your plans -- either to travel or stay on campus -- by taking this survey.
If you will be traveling, the survey will tell you how to test before you return to campus. (And if you will be traveling internationally, please check travel restrictions.)
If you are staying on campus, completing the survey will help the dining halls and facilities know how best to support you.
Please re-take the survey if your plans change, even after Tuesday, March 15, so that you can receive updated information and instructions.
